Moisés Tejada, one of the most wanted fugitives in the state of New York (United States), was arrested on April 10 around St. Peter’s Square in the Vatican armed with three knives.
The 54-year-old man intended to enter the world-famous square where thousands of faithful participated, like every Wednesday, in the General Audience of Pope Francis.
The American, who was carrying three 20-centimetre knives in his pocket, was detained by Italian police officers, who became suspicious due to his strange behavior.
