Three Ukrainian priests excite with their songs in a Spanish parish

Three Ukrainian priests excite with their songs during a tour of their musical apostolate through different locations in Spain. One of them attends to the Greco-Catholic communities in the Diocese of Segorbe-Castellón, in the east of the country.

Andrii Shabanov presbyters, who exercises his ministry in Ukraine; Stepan Tkhoryk, who attends various communities in Italy; and Yurii Shabanov, who attends the Ukrainian Greco-Catholic communities in Vinarós, Torreblanca and Castellón, have already delighted with their songs in Gerona, Barcelona and Castellón. This Tuesday they sing in the Diocese of Getafe and tomorrow they conclude their tour in Murcia.

The musical and liturgical show, entitled Canticle of the three priestshe is recording the interest of numerous faithful. The Diocese of Segorbe and Castellón Underlineafter passing through the town of Torreblanca, that the attendees “could pray and get excited with a repertoire of ancient hymns and contemporary songs, in an atmosphere of deep communion and hope.”

This musical training was founded in 2017 with the purpose of evangelizing through music and has already been present in almost a dozen countries, while adding millions of visualizations through social networks.

In addition to evangelizing with music, this ministry allows the three Greco-Oortodox presbyters to join for a few days, since they live in distant places.

In his YouTube channelFr. Shabanov expressed his desire that “the spiritual song that resonates in all of us becomes an answer to the Word of God” and that “moves souls, one to communities and elevates our hearts to the Lord.”
