From September 18 to 20, the Colombian city of Carthage will host the international days of sanctuaries and religious tourism, which will be attended by bishops and experts from several countries.

This is an event that has the support of the Diocese of Carthage, the Mayor’s Office and Chamber of Commerce of Carthage and Empresur.
According to the programamong the speakers will be the bishop of Santa Marta (Colombia), Mons. José Mario Bacci Trespalacios, who will talk about Religious tourism: faith, evangelization and culture.
There will also be the Archbishop of Panama, Mons. Domingo Ulloa, with the conference Latin American pilgrimage and tourism: walking together for solidarity, sustainability and peace.
The Dean of the Pamplona Cathedral (Spain), P. Carlos Ayerra, who will talk about The 7 cathedral virtues of our museum.
Also, participants will attend the special presentation of The Route of Leo XIV: Chulucanas, new destiny of culture and faithby the Municipality of the Peruvian province of Morropón-Chulucanas.
The Carthage Chamber of Commerce indicated on its website that, in addition to the academic agenda, there will be a tour of the sanctuaries of the area and a “business wheel to strengthen strategic alliances”.
