A few days ago, for example, you could buy tickets in installments to travel through Argentina.
And this week, the low cost JetSmart launched a promotion for the purchasing air tickets to travel abroad.
What are the benefits of JetSmart’s airfare promotion?
- The discount is 35% for trips scheduled between February 1 and June 15, 2024.
- The promotion will be valid until 10 a.m. on January 22
- Applies to purchases made through the web (jetsmart.com/ar/es/) using the code VAMOS
What to take into account
The discount only applies to the ticket fare. It does not include the additional ones that one wants to add.
Additionally, to be able to use the promotion, the ticket must be round trip.
The international destinations to which JetSmart flies from Argentina are:

Some air ticket prices
In a search carried out on Thursday, January 18, on the airline websites, a basic ticket (only with a backpack or handbag) of Buenos Aires to Santiago (Chile), from March 12 to 17, costs 187,094 pesos.
The same dates, with Aerolíneas Argentinas, 297,940 pesos.
In the case of Rio de JaneiroFor example, tickets to fly from April 4 to 11 cost 306,366 pesos with JetSmart, but if the promotional code is applied, the rate drops to 243,032 pesos. The selected tickets are without checked luggage.
Same date, without luggage in the hold, with Aerolíneas Argentinas, 459,874 pesos and with Gol, 437,316.
If the destination were Lima (Peru), the JetSmart ticket from April 23 to May 1 costs 414,013, but if we apply the discount code it is 352,183. If we add luggage in the hold, the rate jumps to 566,871 pesos.
At Aerolíneas Argentinas, same destination, from April 25 to May 2, the rate to fly with hand luggage (up to 10 kg) is 631,873. If we ship from the warehouse, 771,860 pesos.
Searching on the Latam website, the ticket with a carry-on bag costs 445,529; with checked luggage, 694,768 pesos.
