This community, they specify, is “in charge of people who identify themselves as members of a group called ‘missionary workers’ priests” but “is not in communion with the Catholic Church.”
Therefore, they detail, “it is not authorized to celebrate valid sacraments according to the discipline of our Church, or to issue baptism certificates or other canonical documents that are valid for, for example, the celebration of the sacrament of marriage.”
Given this, from the bishopric they urge the faithful to act with prudence “so as not to be confused in their good faith”, and reiterate that “any doubt can be consulted directly in their parish or in this same bishopric.”
