Water Science Research Institute

In a context Where the local is molded by the global, but in which identity fulfills a leading role, adapts to idiosyncrasy, memories, technologies, resources and natures and rethinking the urban implications in the design of a building that is deeply rooted in the past of the place and proposes a vision of a possible future.
