The family of Anabelia Ayalathe woman who denounced soccer player Oscar Junior Benítez for gender violence and committed suicide in the last hours of December 31, revealed this Thursday a series of videos in which the truck owned by the former Boca and Lanús player, among others, is seen at the door of the victim’s housewhich would prove that he breached the 300-meter restriction that the Justice had imposed on him in the case for which he remained under house arrest.

The security cameras that Ayala’s family had placed to protect the woman’s safety allowed us to see the black Hilux truck in the early hours of December 30 stopping at the door of the place and then in the morning of that same day with a revealing detail.

Anabelia Ayala, always according to the video in which the alleged date and time of the recording is seen, gets out of the truck with some difficulty to move to the entrance of her home.the same one in which he decided to take his life hours before the New Year. “He arrived with swollen eyes, locked himself in his room and didn’t want to come out anymore”said José Ayala, in his interview with Clarín, where he also made a chilling complaint against Junior Benítez.

Rodrigo Tripolone, lawyer for the victim’s family, was the one who made the presentation to Justice to modify the cover of the case in which Junior Benítez was accused of “coercion aggravated by the use of a firearm in a real competition, with damage, threats and disobedience”.

Between the night of the 31st and the early morning of January 1, there was a party at the Ayala home. Family from the interior arrived to join the table and the postcard seemed the same as in any other house: the end of the year gathering, meeting and toast. They were the last moments of celebration in a house where the smile will take a while to return.

Agustín knocked on Anabelia’s room door and her sister did not respond. Nothing new, they had already gotten used to it: she lived subjugated by her ex-partner, the soccer player Junior Benítez, who did not let her be with anyone, not even in her house, and that night she would not be the exception. They toasted without her. They did not know that the young woman had decided to take her life by hanging herself.

While all this was happening, in another house in the Malvinas Argentinas neighborhood, the family of the former Boca and Lanús forward watched the horror through a tablet, through an application, without doing anything. This is what Anabelia’s parents report after listening to an audio in which an alleged relative of Benítez recounts what happened.

“We didn’t get to toast because it was time and we didn’t toast because we were all with… What is it like? Nothing, it seems that Junior and she have like an application or, I don’t know, a camera that Junior was watching that, cut, the girl crashed. And, nothing, they called my house, did you see? because my aunt was there, so she could go and tell them that the asshole had hung up, because no one knew,” is heard in a WhatsApp audio that José Ayala shares with Clarion. “She” is Anabelia, his daughter. And Junior, it’s Benítez, champion with Boca.

According to Anabelia’s parents, Benítez saw live how the young woman hanged herself in her own room. It was her way of freeing herself from harassment by the soccer player who had not ended the relationship, nor after the complaint of violence against her and her family, for which she was wearing an ankle bracelet under a house arrest that she did not respect. .

Like the plaster Buddha that rests by the front door of the house, José maintains serenity. He listens to the audio again and laments because “no one from that family” had the courage to tell what was happening in the room of his house. From the beginning he looked askance at her daughter’s boyfriend, because he never got out of the truck even to say hello when he went to pick her up or drop her off.

The same as the rest of the Benitezs, whom he knows from the neighborhood. “They are quarrelsome, poorly educated,” he describes them. He doesn’t seek revenge. It did not cross his mind to use violence. He believes in Justice. In which he gets on track in the judicial system, in the Divine, and in social condemnation.

He still hasn’t cried and explains why his family lived with Benitez’s omnipresence on a tablet. “It was either that or he lived somewhere else. Here we felt that we could take care of her,” she says, calmly. He only regrets the response he gave to his lawyer when he asked him his opinion on the effective fulfillment of the sentence and he did not ask that he be in a prison, but rather that he enjoy home benefits.

“I thought about his children, about the possibility that they can continue seeing their father. I thought about his children and he didn’t think about my daughter, I was wrong,” she says without shedding a tear.

The audio has other sections in which Benitez’s alleged relative recounts the suicide with extreme coldness, of which the footballer himself would have been a spectator. Anabelia’s tablet and cell phone are in the hands of Justice and will be examined to determine if the WhatsApp story is real, if the transmission was seen from another device, that of the former Boca soccer player.
