Maria, a nine-year-old girl belonging to the Diocese of Segorbe-Castellón (Spain) who suffered bilateral pneumonia, has written a tender letter to Pope Francis (“Illustrious Holiness”) in which he encourages him and compromises his prayers for his prompt recovery.
The little girl, as explained in the letter disseminated by Vatican Newsshe is a student at the Consolation College of the town of Burriana, a center governed by the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of the Consolation founded by Santa María Rosa Molas and Vallvé in 1857.

“2 years ago I had bilateral pneumonia being 12 days admitted to the hospital, of which 2 of them in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit),” says the girl, who shows himself close to the situation of Pope Francis, admitted Since last Friday and suffering from the same condition.
“I write to give you many spirits and my prayers are for you to recover as soon as possible,” he says in your letter.
María concludes her brief letter telling that she pilgrimage with her parents to Rome last September and that “it would have been my greatest illusion to attend a papal audience but you were on a trip in Indonesia.”
